Cyma Wellness Policies

New Cymatherapy clients, please allow 10 minutes in advance to fill out intake forms.  New massage clients need about 5 minutes. (Advance forms can be obtained through email from cymawellness@verizon.net). 

We require a $35 fee for missed appointments or for appointments without a minimum of 24 hour notice of cancellation.

If you arrive late to your appointment, we will do our best to give you as much of the remaining time as possible but you will be expected to pay for the full session.
